Immediate online response to my enquiry and quickly arranged a convenient time to look at my broken washing machine. We had to get a cooker part replaced and everything went smoothly. We were given a fixed quote and a time slot. We were visited by Tom, who texted us on the day to advise that he was 20 minutes away, and our cooker was promptly fixed.
