  Supply parts and repair oven

  Tom came the next day and immediately identified multi faulty part. He got the parts and booked a time for fitting. He arrived on time, overcame a problem with the original fitting and fixed the oven – no extra charge. Friendly, clean, tidy efficient! We'd recommend Tom Owens anytime.

  Dishwasher repair

  They were able to agree to my proposed timing for their first visit. The problem was identified and explained to me, and they ordered the spare part that was needed. They came back three days after the first visit, fitted the new part, and the dishwasher is working again. Very happy with the service and would recommend them.

  Diagnose problem with oven's operation and reliability.

  Tom has repaired two different kitchen appliances on different occasions, first the washing machine, and now the oven. He is extremely knowledgeable.. good at fault finding.! I can't recommend Owens Appliance Repairs highly enough. The engineer arrived promptly, and worked tenaciously to find the cause of the problem on both occasions. Very happy with this service.
