Job location: BN12Frank and Bradley have done various roofing jobs for us over the years. When some old rendering from the top of a high wall started to crumble and falling chunks of mortar were a danger to anyone below, Frank was here within the hour to make it safe, then later re-rendered the damaged wall. Frank called me within hours of getting the request from Checkatrade. He came next day to inspect the problem and agree the fee. He gave me date and time he would return with his colleagues. He came as promised and undertook the work. He explained what they found and what the proposed to do to sort out the issue. When he finished he allowed me to inspect and handed over the invoice.
