  From the off, great service from Nelson. He was responsive to messages and thorough. On the day Nelson and his colleague were of great support to my client and nothing was too much trouble. Items were packed into the van and driven in convoy to the new house. Everything was unloaded and furniture taken to each of the rooms my client wanted them in. Very pleased with the service and will definitely use again with other clients.

  Leak in lounge from unknown source

  I have been absolutely delighted with Adam front start to finish. He responded to my call for quotes & came when he said he would - always a good start! The plan was for him to look at & give me a quote but he got stuck into looking for the source of the leak breaking up the concrete floor. He found it! - not before we both got sprayed with water. He patched the leak up & agreed to come back two days later to remedy. The floor had to be dug up, pipes replaced & lagged and then a new concrete floor followed by new gripper rods & the carpet stretched and relayed. 5* Will definately use again.

  Spent half an hour over three calls getting quotes only to be told don’t operate in the area!

  I called the company three times and gave the postcode and details of the appliances. On 2nd call I got quotes. When called to accept the quotes and book in for my vulnerable client, was told they don’t operate in that area - despite this site saying they do! Wasted half an hour of my time liaising between them and my client when I should have been told on the first call that they don’t operate in the area. Also I had to repeat the same information three times as they don’t retain any information when quoting! Also found all three of the Call Centre staff abrupt and uninterested.

  I contacted two trades on Checkatrade on behalf of a client. The team at Mark Russell were extremely helpful and provide guidance on suitable dog flap doors and important things to take into consideration. It didn’t get the job (not my decision) but I was very pleased with how they engaged with me.
