8 Work not done by Autowash but by a 3rd party I did not hire

Used Checkatrade as before, and Autowash as have used them years ago. Had message from them about rates etc, accepted. When it comes to booking the visit, its not Autowash but a call centre controlling independent tradesmen call Pacifica, nothing to do with Autowash. Arrives in unsigned white van but in Pacifica clothing. Okay, did the work and got the machine working but process misrepresents who you are dealing with and clearly Checkatrade and Autowash are complicit in this. So, yes the work was done, not by Autowash but by someone I did not hire Not sure legally where this stands.Verified reviewerJob location: ME14 - HHoward N
