  Fitting 3 uPVC sliding Heritage sash windows to lounge

  There was no initial hard sell. Angela was happy to make a second visit to answer our questions. The brochure was clear but we were slightly concerned by the lack of a sample product. The quote compared well with other companies and we felt we knew exactly what we were getting. There was a delay in fitting the windows as the manufacturers got the order slightly wrong. This was picked up by the company and we were informed immediately. The window fitter arrived promptly and worked efficiently and cleanly and we are delighted with the windows now that they are fitted. An excellent job.

  Installed frosted window in Garage and House maintenance

  We had a replacement frosted window installed in our garage. A replacement glass panel was installed in one of our French doors. Maintenance was done to all our UPVc doors and windows and realignment done. All the work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. The staff were informative, helpful and very polite. Would definitely recommend!!

  Replacing our internal patio doors.

  Excellent service from everyone at Mark Russell, once again. We had our original double glazing and conservatory installed by Mark Russell, 20 years ago, and it is all still going strong. So when we decided to replace some internal patio doors, our obvious choice was MR once again. Angela Russell came to our home and made recommendations. This was quickly followed up by a site survey. We were then contacted promptly by Dave for an installation date. The fitters arrived on time and worked efficiently and were very tidy. Before leaving they checked I was happy with everything. Excellent !

  Replaced Broken Hinges on a DG Window

  MONDAY evening. DG window hinges broke. Window jammed open. TUESDAY: Contacted Mark Russel Glazing Ltd. Given a very acceptable repair price for replacing 1 pr of hinges and so arranged a repair visit for AM Wednesday. WEDNEDAY AM. All done and dusted on time and at agreed price. Wonderful office staff and repair man. It doesn't get any better.
