  Made an appointment several weeks ago. They didn't turn up. Rang to find out why. Person in office unable to help or contact fitter directly (?). But eventually at my insistence got the owner to contact me. He claimed a fitter had rung and knocked at my door at 10.10. I was right by my door at that time - so that is categorically untrue. Even if it were true, why did they not ring my phone to find out where I was like any other professional person with common sense would do? I took a day off work so am deeply unimpressed.
