10 window in back door

Charlie did an excellent job of fitting a cat flap into our double glazed balcony door. He replied quickly, communicated well throughout, was tidy & efficient. We had to delay the fitting on the day which I'm sure mucked him around, however he managed to fit us in for a refit the following day which was really kind! Charlie responded to a request I made through this website. He got in touch quickly, we spoke over the phone and got everything organised. From the off, you could tell Charlie was incredibly honest, professional and knowledgeable. He guided me on what was the right way to go about things, and then came and did a brilliant job. On the day itself, Charlie was an absolute pleasure to have around the house and he's been round for a couple of other bits and bobs since. Having been in the industry for over 10 years and completing my apprenticeship with one of the biggest glazing companies in Britain, I decided to start up my own business.My family goes back 110 years in glazing, it is something that as a family we have enjoyed and are passionate about. I pride myself on my knowledge of this trade and can carry out a variety of aspects of glazing whether it be a traditional came lead putty glaze or installing a new composite door.I offer free quotations and a 24 hour call out service and am ready to take your calls or respond to your emails at any time.
