Our main and porch door required new hinges and then re-adjustment. From initial contact in February 2025 with the helpful office staff of Abbey Repairs, to the expertise of the installers including a follow up visit I was impressed with the way the work was dealt with. They were courteous, confident and cheerful! which we appreciated. We received a proper printed quote, a straightforward and a (reassuringly) formal invoice with proper methods of payment. 10 Fixed a UPVC door that did not lock

Very responsive from the point of contact. Came quickly (within 48 hours). Tried to fix on first visit which was only to quote for it. Needed more time and returned later that week to fix. Was for my elderly parents and they were great from outset. All done. Door works perfectly. I had two windows replaced units replaced, hinges replaced and new handles fitted. The company communicated efficiently and politely throughout and the work carried out was excellent, all staff very professional and friendly.
