Excellent service from arranging a visit to quote, receiving the quote and booking in the work and standard of work. I can highly recommend for repair of windows. Frustratingly it was a relatively small job and few tradespeople were interested in doing it. The team replaced all the glass in our medium-sized conservatory, as well as fixing a leaking gutter and a broken door rod. From initial contact to completion the service was excellent. The work was completed to a very high standard. They tidied up after themselves and took the old windows away. Nice people to deal with. Job location: KT12I found Abbey Repairs very helpful. Firstly, a real person answered my initial enquiry, and I was able to book an appointment at a time to suit me for the initial assessment. The assessment was thorough and I was told how much the repair would cost, and I was again able to book the repair at a time to suit me. The repair was completed very efficiently.
