  Broken aerial replaced

  Old aerial had collapsed due to corrosion. Martin arrived as planned, and quickly assessed the problem and provided a quotation. New aerial was installed and signal checked on multiple tv' s in the house. He did a very professional job and I have no hesitation recommending him.

  Change 2 x lockshield valves and 1 x TRV

  Jason was very prompt to arrive and efficient in the way he worked. He changed 2 x lockshield valves on old style radiators and then a TRV on a radiator downstairs in around 1.5 hours. He then ensured there were no airlock or leaks once the heating was turned on. Jason is very knowledgeable and competent at what he does. I would definitely recommend calling him for any plumbing / heating jobs.

  New Roof

  We thought we simply had 1-2 slipped tiles! It quickly became clear the damage was more severe. Liam talked us through the options of repair / complete renewal. Despite the cost we opted for a new roof as Supreme could remove/ re-install the existing solar panels. The team onsite were polite, efficient and left the site tidy each day. We were kept informed as to what was happening and when they would be onsite. The work has been completed to the highest standard and really enhances the property. Supreme were flexible about funding everything at short notice. We thoroughly recommend them.

  Replace Glass in existing sealed units

  We went to CRK for advice as we had several double glazed units which had failed. They explained clearly the options and we had a survey a couple of days later. The quote was very competitive so the installation took place 6 weeks later. The installation team completed the work in less than half a day and left everything clean and tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending CRK to other.

  Replace bedroom and landing ceilings damaged by water leak,

  Joel and Sab did a great job , managing to replace part of the bedroom ceiling and totally re-skimming the whole bedroom ceiling . They also repaired the damaged landing ceiling and re-skimmed it as well, all acieved in a very long day! They did a great job, and worked very carefully , protectjng floors and furniture very well. They cleaned up thoroughly leaving no trace that they had been here..apart from 2 beautiful ceilings. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

  Fitting of replacement sealed glass

  Mark was very helpful at the initial inquiry stage, explaing the difference between replacing existjng glass versus buying new UPVC units. The survey was quickly carried out and the subsequent quote was very reasonable. The fitting team were very efficient and tidy and left no trace that they had ever visited ! I am very happy with the result and would readily recommend CRK .

  Investigate and fix leak to header tank in the loft

  Baker Smith responded very quickly to my job posting. The rates for the first hour and subsequent time were clearly explained and were reasonable. Simon arrived as scheduled and quickly identified the cause of the problem. A new joint was fitted together with an isolating valve. Simon carefully answered my questions about the fix . I was very safisfied with the repair and spped of service. I would definitely recommend Baker Smith for any plumbing jobs.

  investigate and fix leak from pipework in attic

  When Baker Smith first contacted me , they explained their fees for first hour and then subsequent 1/2 hours , which were very reasonable for an emergency call out. When he arrived, Simon very quickly identified the source of the problem which was a leaking soldered elbow joint. He took time to explain how he would fix it and why he would be using a push fit fitting rather than re-soldering a new joint. I was very impressed with how quickly he completed the job and tested that everything was then working ok. I have no hesitation in recommending Baker Smith to othr homeowners.

  Remove damaged kitchen ceiling and re-plaster , install new LED lights. Repair bathroom floor

  The team arrived promptly as planned. They protected the areas where they were working , and took great care to minimise dust and debris getting elsewhere else in the house by using dustsheets and protective sheeting. At the end of day 1 everywhere was left clean and tidy and all waste was removed. The team returned to plaster the kitchen ceiling on day 2. A lovely and polite couple of guys to have working in your house, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
