    Chris was excellent very good at communicating when he would arrive. Together with his son he changed the lock in a very efficient way and cut extra keys from his work van. The job was completed quickly and without much background noise which I appreciated as I was working from home that day. Would use him again, Isobel

    Secure door locks, secure house, secure householders. Peace of mind

    The lock on the conservatory door was getting progressively difficult to operate. Mr Cavanah sorted out the lock and realigned the door. I initially declined installing a high security BS cylinder. He also realigned and serviced the garage door, an additional job not requested previously. After he packed up and wrote the receipt I requested installation of the high security cylinder. He was so patient and accommodating, despite having to get to another job. Locks now working so well, sense of security now. Top marks for excellent workmanship, patience and reasonable charges. Highly recommended

    I managed to break our existing lock late last night. I called Chris at 8am this morning and the new lock was installed by 11:30. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience of this very friendly and professional service. Chris and his son even fixed my letterbox as they left!!
