  Jefferson got the job done, no fuss, arrived on-time, solved the problem in a matter of minutes and had it fixed shortly after. He’s a nice guy too. Glad I’ve found a reliable appliance engineer, I’ll be using him again next time.

  Lloyd was very helpful upfront when I shared information about the required work. He was honest and transparent, even telling me explicitly when I didn't need a particular item of work done. Very trustworthy and I would use again. My only negative was my appointment got moved after I'd worked from home for the day when I'd usually go into the office. But not a massive issue and I could understand as the appointment was arranged at short notice. So all in all a very positive experience and I'll definitely be coming to Lloyd with any future electrical work.
