    Used for problems with my fridge and washing machine. In both cases he was quick to respond, quick to turn up, quick to fix problems. Good to find someone you can trust to do a good job.

    Jefferson was so helpful. He was pleasant and courteous, arrived promptly, used his initiative to find parking and generally a lovely person. Now the fridge repair - he managed to sort out the problem, gave me some maintenance advice and his measured opinion in response to my questions. He also looked at another related issue though not part of my original request. Overall i wouldn't hesitate to call him for other similar jobs.

    Pump blockage kept happening.

    Good service from the start. The company gave me an appointment the very next day (they offered same day service). Good communication from the company with text messages and phone call to let me know arrival progress. The technician came and went to work. He found the problem instantly which ended up being a simple fix of a blocked pipe which he unblocked and then tested. No extra charges except the initial call out fee. He gave extra advice on how to keep appliance and pipes free from future blockages.

    Jefferson came within a couple of hours of me posting the job. Cleared the blockage quickly and efficiently, and gave me advice of how to keep my machine and pipes in tip top condition. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future!
