  Jefferson got the job done, no fuss, arrived on-time, solved the problem in a matter of minutes and had it fixed shortly after. He’s a nice guy too. Glad I’ve found a reliable appliance engineer, I’ll be using him again next time.

  Fridge freezer repaired within 2 hours of call.

  Urgent call this morning to repair Fridge freezer full of Christmas food for a big family lunch the following day. All very easily organised on the phone, including accepting his reasonable price, for visit after two jobs booked in the area. Impressed.

  Fixed my fan oven

  Jefferson was brilliant. He was clear and punctual, and when the job turned out to be more complicated than expected he went above and beyond until he completed it. He was kind, polite, and respectful and I was happy to have him in the house. Thanks Jefferson. Will definitely use you in future if I need a tradesperson.

  I made the right choice

  The contractor arrived within the agreed time range and forewarned me when he as on the way. What needed to be done was fully explained. The price had already been agreed over the phone. The contractor set to work to refit my oven door, was very clean and tidy he left no sign that he had been here and was done within 45mins which was great because I was working from home. A very good service
