  Really good and clear communication from Jefferson. Not only did he keep me updated as to his ETA, attended when he said he would, but he took the time to explain why the problem occured - and then fixed it! Great timing, good price, happy customer. Thanks!

  Jefferson's service was top class. He called me up within minutes of my request and made sure he came out the same day to help me with a leak. From there he did a follow up visit to help with a problem on the washing machine seal. He also messaged me following the job with a bit of friendly advice - would highly recommend

  Friendly & and professional. Jefferson diagnosed a problem with the circulation pump and ordered a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement burned out due to another electrical fault in the dishwasher. Jefferson didn't charge us the outstanding balance for the job which was very gracious of him would have rated him 10 except for not spotting the underlying fault, which might be slightly mean on our part as this could have just been bad luck.
