I called Jerry because didn’t have hot water, he replied promptly, asked me a few questions on the phone and was able to diagnose the problem He came with the spear part, but by the time he arrived the hot water started running again… he had a quick look al the boiler and realised the pressure of the hot water for the radiator was high, correct the pressure and left. Obviously he had to return the spare part and he didn’t charge me a penny. It’s been a few years that Jerry does plumbing and boiler repairs for us. He’s very professional, fast and honest. Welcome to J Cajigas Heating
J Cajigas heating has been established since 2012. I am a sole trader working alongside other engineers in my team who are very reliable, honest and provide quality work. My priority in this trade is to provide quality workmanship with safety as number one priority. There are many dangerous situations with gas, which some people underestimate e.g. undersized gas pipework, ventilation problems, combustion problems, electrical problems, clearance problems to poor water quality!
I am an experienced engineer who will help all my clients in all situations. I am hardworking and honest who loves the satisfaction from helping people in need.
I believe in providing quality work at a reasonable rate. The rates in this industry can differ from an inexpensive rate to an expensive rate, but I believe J Cajigas Heating provide a rate that’s reasonable and competitive. On top of that I always like to go beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
We are based in North London and usually work within a 10-mile radius. We have a good customer base with very good feedback from all our clients.
If there is anything, we can do to help feel free to contact us, we will be more than happy to answer any questions and provide advice where necessary.
We understand that we are in difficult times because of the pandemic but we can assure you we work and adhere to the rules, follow the correct safety guidelines to ensure all our clients are safe whilst carrying out works.
