Sam from STK Stoves and Chimneys installed a great stove for us and we are absolutely delighted. He provided excellent customer care and service, was reliable, friendly, skilled, very knowledgable and professional and tidy. Sam also gave us brilliant advice and help with stove selection for our small room. We would definitely recommend Sam and his wife, Nicola. Working together they made sure that the whole process went smoothly from initial enquiry to installation. We used STK to replace our existing log burner. Sam came round to advise us, he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and, having sourced a replacement, then installed it. He, and his wife Nicola, are both lovely people. They made the whole process painless, the installation was quick and clean leaving us as very happy customers. Great communication from the start. Had great advice on what was needed and what stove to purchase. My old one didn't comply with the latest legislation.
