  Roger was very quick to respond when I first contacted him, and I soon had a quote to fix the leak in our water supply pipe. He and Henry arrived at the arranged time and quickly located the problem and effected a repair, before reinstating the driveway. Both were extremely courteous, and left the site tidy after completing the job. I would definitely recommend them.

  Replacement of fence posts, panels and trellis

  Dealing with Mike and John was a pleasure from start to finish. Mike came round very quickly to assess the job, and called later the same day with a very reasonable quote. Despite a few unforeseen issues which necessitated additional work, he honored the original quote. Communication was excellent throughout. They arrived as arranged, did a great job, and left the site clean and tidy. Would certainly use them for future fencing work.

  Complete redecoration of flat

  Ceiling paper needed stripping and replacing in 2 rooms together with complete redecoration of the flat. Not the cheapest quote that we received but Andrew’s approach to preparing the quote and subsequent communications was totally professional. The job needed urgent completion, and the team did a superb job which was completed even sooner than we expected. Very happy with the finished job and would not hesitate to use Westcote Heritage again.
