  Great service from local locksmith

  Excellent communication throughout. Initial callout estimate provided and job booked. Company arrived as planned, reviewed the work needed and provided a cost estimate which was confirmed by text later that evening (new door handle for one door and a new gearbox for another) . The cost was very reasonable and the job carried out the next day. Professional, friendly and reliable. Would certainly recommend for any domestic locksmith related jobs. Thank you KBO.

  Door Lock giving cause for concern.

  Our front door lock was giving cause for concern that it may not lock, or we would be unable to get back into the house if the lock failed. Neil from KNO came out today less than 24 hrs since contacting him. He reassured us the lock did not need replacing but needed maintenance. He also realigned the door checking that all the hinges were now working properly. All-in-all we are pleased and reassured that the door handle is now working properly and efficiently. Thank you Neil.

  Emergency Locksmith call out

  I called KBO at the weekend on emergency call out. Stefan was very prompt and within a short period of time has given me a very reasonable quote and arrived at the property. His work was very efficient, clean and tidy and I am very happy with the new locks. I would definitely recommend KBO.

  Changed and upgraded locks

  Really pleased with KBO; would definitely recommend them. Found them through a combination of the Master Locksmiths Association and their great Checkatrade reviews. Quick with communication for arranging to assess our locks, and then the well priced quote. Had the job completed by the end of that week.

  Great locksmith

  They made it to me quick, we're honest and upfront about the cost. Managed to do it for less than they anticipated due to getting into my front door via the letterbox. And the staff were super nice and a good laugh.
