  Excellent service from start to finish. Prior to the job Roger was always contactable and available for questions. His advice was first class an honest. On the day Roger and Henry worked quickly efficiently with minimal disruption. Everything tidied up well afterwards also!   Really impressive response from initial enquiry thru to site visit and preparation of the estimate which I felt was sensibly priced, and carrying out the works very professionally within a excellent time frame. If only all contactors were this prompt, reliable and professional.

  Roger was very quick to respond when I first contacted him, and I soon had a quote to fix the leak in our water supply pipe. He and Henry arrived at the arranged time and quickly located the problem and effected a repair, before reinstating the driveway. Both were extremely courteous, and left the site tidy after completing the job. I would definitely recommend them.

  Replacement of Mains Water Pipe

  Quick response to my first call. Roger arrived on date and time stated for initial assessment. Explained what he felt was the best solution, and quote for work sent same day. Once accepted, date arranged for work to be done. Roger and Henry arrived punctually on date and time as agreed. Worked quickly and efficiently in rainy weather. Very pleased with work. Was friendly, knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable through the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

  Replacement of water supply connection.

  We needed our mains water connection replaced following identification of a leak. Roger was prompt in replying and discussing what was required. Quick turnaround of a quote and job booked in. Roger and his team arrived as expected and went about laying the new pipe via moling under the drive, around the garage to the utility room. Only a few pits required causing limited disturbance. Roger discussed the options for entry into the home. Roger communicated throughout, his team were polite and left the job tidy.
