  Leak detection and complete refit of basin pipeworks

  We really couldn't recommend Will Hagan highly enough. A trustworthy, time-served professional with a keen eye who takes pride in his work. We had a leak caused by a complete cobbled pipework system from the previous owners. Will identified the correct set up and got everything installed on the same day. He has been a continuous support over steps to take for serious water hammer too and correctly identified the problems coming from the street stop tap. Thanks to Will, we can turn taps on without loud bangs and United Utilities have been out to complete their works. 100% recommend!

  On the basis of the following, we could not recommend this provider; * Poor aftercare and attention to snags * Poor time and diary management due to overcommital to customers * Cannot be relied upon to fulfil full job * Tends to over promise and under deliver particularly with timescales * additional expenses incurred due to requirement to put things right

  The lovely Will from PJC called following my advertisement and popped by providinga quote. I followed his visit up with a text to confirm other works undertaken in relation to drainage. I received a callback from Pat (Father and Owner) and briefly outlined the job again. He simply asked me "Are you going ahead or not?" I explained I was following up in relation to additional works and on a second callback; as soon as I said looking at next month for the drive, he said they were booked up until October. I wonder what the problem was given next month is 9 days away? No 5 star review here
