  Rob was great! He replaced and moved my stopcock so it was accessible but also went out of his way and helped me with removing some unused pipes one of which was in the wall. Top job will deffinatly be using him again.

  Rob was so prompt at coming out to fix an emergency I had with my outdoor tap. He was able to fix the issue quickly and then come back to offer a permanent fix. I really appreciate his professionalism and trustworthiness.

  Very professional, punctual and personable

  This was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Rob and Mollie quickly assessed the problem with our leaking toilet. They went away to source the necessary part but as it wasnt available they ordered it and came back to fit it a couple of days later. We were particularly impressed by their punctuality, friendly manner , helpfulness and professionalism. We would highly recommend them for going the extra mile.Thankyou Rob and Mollie.

  Highly Recommended wouldn’t go elsewhere. Rob and Molly are both professional and reliable. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They went above and beyond to get our hot water back up and running we can’t thank you enough.

  Repaired and replaced immersion heater

  The pair of them were class. Wasn’t an easy job and they handled it start to finish with ease. Communicated well throughout the process and you can tell they care about giving the customer a good experience. Will definitely use them again in the future.
