  On the basis of the following, we could not recommend this provider; * Poor aftercare and attention to snags * Poor time and diary management due to overcommital to customers * Cannot be relied upon to fulfil full job * Tends to over promise and under deliver particularly with timescales * additional expenses incurred due to requirement to put things right
