  On the basis of the following, we could not recommend this provider; * Poor aftercare and attention to snags * Poor time and diary management due to overcommital to customers * Cannot be relied upon to fulfil full job * Tends to over promise and under deliver particularly with timescales * additional expenses incurred due to requirement to put things right

  Replace electric shower with thermostatic shower in front of existing tiles

  Rob was polite and punctual. Worked hard from when he arrived to when he left and tidied up after himself. He made sure the wiring from the old shower was safe and checked the temperatures on the new shower was set correctly. He confirmed with me on the shower placement before started drilling and made sure I was happy with the job before leaving.

  Rob qoted for and undertook the work in budget and on time. The work he did was excellent and have no hesitation in recommending Rob. He has, also undertaken 2 other pieces of work and again were very happy with his work.
