Phil came to our rescue yet again! We'd only recently called on Phil to fix a problem with our sink (which he sorted admirably) then the toilet decided to stop flushing!!! I called Phil, explaining the issue, and he knew exactly what was needed. He had to do a refurbishment of the cistern. From the moment he arrived to the time he left, Phil never stopped working! As always, he explained everything to me as he went along. It was another job, very well done!
