  Problem/disaster saver.

  I have used this company once before today. The first time saved me from a disaster, and didn’t leave until they were absolutely satisfied all was ok. And today a couple of Jobs were a bit more complicated than first thought but they powered through . Very efficient, and always explained what they were doing and why. So overall very happy Review from Wendy Lees.

  Plug in basin was stuck down. All working perfectly now with better quality plug and trap fitted. Great work.

  Very helpful and problem solved

  We had a leaking cistern, and Phil listened to us carefully before advising that we needed a new toilet. The toilet he ordered unfortunately came cracked but he resolved this quickly on the same day sourcing a replacement. He was handy and also helped with an odd job we had in the bathroom by attaching a new shower screen seal. He problem-solved well, for example used flooring from a cupboard to finish the toilet replacement neatly when new one didn't align. We are very grateful for his help and decent rate - would use again and would surely recommend.

  Very helpful,understood the problem i had and gave me several options on how to solve it...turned up on time,easy to get along with.....can't fault the work and very good value for money.....

  Tap replacement and full pipework replacement under the sink.

  Phil came to replace a tap in the kitchen, but it was soon clear that the whole pipe network under the sink was either perished or loose without any proper washers or connections. Phil took his time to explain everything and went above and beyond to replace and fit everything in record time, even checking other parts around the house. Despite the snowy roads, Phil didn't let us down...top man....thoroughly recommended.
