  Thermally insulated wall in our kitchen

  Chris was brilliant from start to finish. The change has made the whole room warmer and no longer prone to mould. Before accepting the job, Chris came out twice to assess the space. He was always punctual and full of helpful suggestions. He turned up on time every day, kept the quote reasonable, and was consistently courteous, friendly, and respectful of our home. He was especially thoughtful around our housecats, making sure they stayed safely indoors. He tidied up daily, kept us updated on progress. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chris and will absolutely be using him again in the future

  Replacing broken tiles

  Mick work was great. Efficient, straightforward with a very reasonable quote and estimate of time it would take, and got it sorted quickly considering the broken tiles were causing a leak in our loft. Would recommend him, provided before and after pictures and we have had no leak since (hopefully this continues!). Thanks again

  Installing 6 new windows

  Mike and Sam (and the team) were great. The windows are brilliant and the quote was very reasonable. They were very tidy, and worked super hard even in terrible weather! We would definitely use them again when we need to get the rest of our windows done!

  Chimney stack repair and re-render

  By the end of the job all work completed to a good standard, although during the job the quote was changed with no prior warning. During the works minor damage was made to property (though on chasing this was repaired and reimbursed). General site tidiness left a lot to be desired, although very polite and apologetic about this their overall attempts to tidy up were fairly ineffective, leading us to have to pay for window cleaning and gutter clearing from professionals after the work on our and our neighbours property. Overall the work got done, but it felt like a bit of a drama.
