  MCO were excellent from the initial contact right through to onsite and post works. All works were completed on time and on budget. Communication throughout was excellent. Site was clear every day. Would recommend their services.

  Timber reinforcement in loft

  The initial assessment of the repair was prompt and gave an honest advise. Unlike others who came to check and got us worried as required us to change the whole roof plus gave us a very expensive quote, MCO reassured that it was not the case. Though it was considered a small job, I appreciated that they took the time to do the repair with reasonable pricing. Also, communication was great! Will definitely recommend.

  Roof repair, and cladding installation.

  MCO stepped in to complete work and resolve issues we'd been experiencing from a previous contractor work who'd run away. They installed cavity trays, new lead flashing, fixed the felt and battens in the roof, re-installed the skylights and did a great job installing wood cladding. Their standard of work is great, they were prompt and efficient and tidy. MCO's communication is brilliant as they have a dedicated team in the office who organise and schedule the work. I wish we'd known about them earlier to do the whole job from the start. Learn from my mistake and get them in from the beginning.

  New side door to garage

  Can highly recommend Mco Building Contractors Ltd.An appointment to view job was made. quote given very promptly. After acceptance of quote, date arranged. Attended on time, excellent job completed both to a very high standard and cleared up all rubbish. Great company to deal with.
