  About Trees reduced a tree, trimmed a long hedge side and top, removed saplings, trimmed lots of bushes, dug up bushes etc.. The quotation was very detailed, and the work described was carried out. Efficient workers.

  A dual sink with unusual measurements needed to be replaced. A similar sink was obtained, but installation was challenging. The hole in the worktop had to be made larger, and all of the drainage pipework had to be replaced. And when Matt turned off the stopcock it leaked so he installed a new one. It all took far longer than expected, and when invited to add to the quoted figure he added less than he ought to have done. An impressive piece of work by a skilled plumber. Highly recommended.

  Our ground floor is a single room with an oak floor which was getting rather worn in places and it had some nasty brown stains where a previous contractor had used oil that had reacted with the varnish. Jasen and his colleagues have made a really nice job of sanding and sealing the entire floor: a task not made easy by the fact that some of our furniture is too large to move upstairs so half of the floor had to be sealed on one day and half on another. The floor now looks brilliant. Skilled and considerate workers. And a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

  Satellite dish wasn't working. Now it is.

  A bit of a glitch to start with as they didn't turn up on the appointed date, but appropriate apology followed, and punctuality was exemplary second time round, and a substantial discount was given to compensate for the original inconvenience. Our satellite dish wasn't working because screws had come adrift. The engineer fixed it and then checked that everything was working. Very pleased. Highly recommended.

  Some of the structural and decorative woodwork on the front of the house had rotted. Albert and Daniel replaced the rotten wood with oak hardwood, filled and sanded where required, and painted all of it. Excellent quality work.

  This was a complex job and all of it was done to a high standard. All done on time and the room left clean and tidy. After we'd agreed the estimate we discovered that some taps needed to be replaced. The very reasonable additional cost was notified before this extra work was undertaken and we were charged the notified cost. It was a pleasure to work with this company and we're very pleased with the result.
