Both Jasen and Karen were really thorough with the job and communicated clearly right the way through. Offered excellent advise and options when finding issues with some of the floorboards. I would highly recommend STFC.

From the first message, to the last with Jasen & Karen, we have been beyond pleased with their work & communication throughout the whole job. They really worked hard to provide professional results for us in our Salon. They provided information on how to best prep the floorspace before their visits as well as how to maintain their gorgeous finish for long lasting results. Even with the tricky logistics we had to endure with being let down by other tradesmen/ suppliers during our Salon refurbishment, they went above & beyond to work around us & even came back on a Sunday to complete the job!

They did an excellent job of sanding a tired and worn out oak wood floor.

We inherited a worn out oak wood flooring in our living and study when we moved in last year. It needed bit of care. Jasen and his partner did an amazing job of sanding the floor and applying the invisible laquer. We really like the look and feel of the floor now and have been getting lot of compliments from friends each time they visit.

We had excellent communication with Jasen and Karen. They were very helpful and gave us a range of ideas for fixing our floor. They worked hard all day which resulted in an excellent job that we are thrilled. To top it off, they are genuinely lovely people.

Wood flooring restoration - Highly recommended!

Karen and Jasen did an excellent job restoring my pine wood flooring. The floors were worn and scratched, and they’ve completely transformed them while keeping the natural character of the wood. They were professional, punctual, and clearly take pride in their work. Everything was done carefully and to a high standard, and they kept the space clean and tidy throughout the process. The finish is smooth, even, and looks fantastic. I’m really pleased with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to restore their wooden floors.
