  Fantastic floor sanding service

  Jason was so incredibly helpful when it came to sanding and finishing our floors. He advised what would work best for us and with our needs. Very honest and fair. Came and did a fantastic job and very efficient. So happy with the result! Gave plenty of advice in terms of extras we can do ourselves to preserve our floor and furniture.

  Jasen is a flooring-expert, he has completely transformed our living room into a beautiful space

  We are so glad that we found STFC Renovations through checkatrade to transform the original living room floorboards of our Victorian house. This company is great at communication and reliable. Jasen knows everything there is to know about floors, he is very knowledgeable and experienced. We also had some weak boards near the door that had holes in, Jasen identified the cause and sourced some reclaimed boards, he then replaced the section before sanding and refinishing the floor. The team were very efficient and tidied everything up, the room was spotless when they left. Thank you!

  Our ground floor is a single room with an oak floor which was getting rather worn in places and it had some nasty brown stains where a previous contractor had used oil that had reacted with the varnish. Jasen and his colleagues have made a really nice job of sanding and sealing the entire floor: a task not made easy by the fact that some of our furniture is too large to move upstairs so half of the floor had to be sealed on one day and half on another. The floor now looks brilliant. Skilled and considerate workers. And a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
