  Thoroughly recommended!

  Russell replaced our kitchen ceiling and have to say, I'm very impressed by his work, timekeeping, honesty and cleanliness. The quote was accurate and there were no suprises. Russell turned up when he said he would, and carried out the work according to what was planned. On all days protective dust covering was laid and removed at the end of day so we could use the kitchen. On the last day of the job (completed on time), he even mopped the kitchen and washed our front porch as it was a work area. The ceiling looks excellent. I'd have mo hesiation recommending Russell. Thanks Russell!

  Power, network and lighting

  Alex and Wil carried out several tasks, including replacing faulty light switches, installing additional power sockets with USB, replacing ceiling-mounted bulbs in the bathroom, removing old TV aerial sockets, and adding new ethernet ports. The work took most of the day, and they provided ample notice when the power needed to be turned off. An issue arose when one of the two upstairs ethernet ports only maxed at 90mbps; Alex root causes the problem as being with the external Cat6E cable, which was replaced and tested. 900mbps+ today! I highly recommend Imperial Electrical.

  Chase has a wide range of skills and is literally a very handy person to have working on your property. Plumbing: Bathroom leak diagnosed and repaired. Bathroom released thoroughly above and beyond requirements. Plastering / painting: Filled in two large cut sections of the kitchen ceiling. Sanded down and painted. Fixed crack in bedroom ceiling, sanded down and painted. Electrical: Install of new kitchen lights, install of new external lights, front and rear of property I'd certainly use his services again! He's also a friendly person - we had a great banter within a short time.

  Garden waste collection, furniture collection and furniture move between towns

  Excellent and well priced service provided by Steven and Howard. We employed their services for garden clearance (they cleaned up afterwards), furniture removal and a furniture move between towns. I would certainly use them again and recommend them.

  Remove verge and replace changing all defective tiles.

  We had roof leak coming into the loft and then into our upstairs study. Matthew's careful approach to diagnosing the root problem area and recommending the subsequent work added confidence to choosing his company to carry out the repairs. He found at least 1 broken tile and the verge needed rebuilding. The work itself was carried out on the day and time promised and within budget with explanations when a roof issue was found; in total 2 problems were located and rectified with minimum fuss and the work area was left tidy. I would recommend MLV Roofing.

  A got Billy's number from Check A Trade and sent him pictures and the items to be collected after which he quoted a price. Billy arrived exactly on time, was very friendly and loaded all items into his van. Payment was exactly to quoted price and yes, I would use the service again.

  Boiler Service

  Nathan and Jack arrived on time. Service was carried out including CO2, heating and hot water check. Afterwards had a discussion with reference to water softner installation for the boiler and the plumbing in for a dishwasher. Knowledge on water softners was impressive. Would recommend!

  Spare room, landing, kitchen and hallway refurbishment. New outside guttering.

  The spare room needed a new ceiling, insulation above the ceiling, new laminate floor, walls to be stripped, plastering and painting throughout. The upstairs landing and downstairs hallway had the same treatment; I also had the kitchen ceiling replaced, plastered and repainted. In short, Andy and his colleagues were prompt and completed the work as agreed. Importantly, I was happy to leave the house keys with him and we had a catch up call every other evening. We also had the outside guttering replaced. I'd thoroughly recommend Andy and his colleagues for all house related work.

  Loft floor boarded, lights and ladder and installed in loft. Bedroom ceiling repaired.

  Pete was professional and communicative throughout the project. Time keeping from initial visit to the work over several days was prompt. Problems with the roof were found as the loft boards were being laid and the repairs were dealt with promptly with "before + after" photos supplied. They altered the loft hatch to accommodate the new ladder and removed an old tank from the loft others said couldn't be removed. As a result I now have loft storage, easy access and roof repaired. Daily cleaning of the works areas was top notch. Quality of work is superb. I'll will use again for the next project.
