  Fixed leaking pipe and leaking toilet.

  From initial contact with the office through to work being completed and invoice being paid, BPH have been exemplary. Paul and Alfie did a brilliant job of fixing a leaking pipe in a very awkward position and fixing a leak in a toilet. Would recommend very highly, fantastic customer service from start to finish.

  After calling them out for a repair to my 15 year old boiler, they recommended a new boiler instead. They offered a good deal and installed it literally the next day. All the staff members I dealt with were really helpful and they were great at explaining everything to me and ensuring I knew what was happening and why. Great customer service.

  Boiler service

  Dan arrived on time and carried out the service quickly and unobtrusively; also, I asked him to give an assessment of the boiler's energy efficiency and performance generally and I appreciated the time he took to do this and explain his findings: all work carried out for the price quoted. We have used Bracknell Plumbing & Heating for 3 years now and this service visit confirms that they continue to maintain their high standards.
