  We were concerned about noise from our boiler pump and also needed its annual service. The noise started about a week before going on holiday so we were a bit worried about it. Jenni juggled their calendar around a bit and found a spot for us, which I really appreciated. Service was done perfectly, investigation into pump showed it was just some air, and the engineer explained everything to me really well. He was also very understanding of my daughter, who has special needs and can find strangers hard. He was kind and rewarded with a little hug! Always excellent, highly recommended!

  Bathroom replacement.

  Darren and Jack, carried out our Bathroom Replacement to a very high standard. Removal of old Bathroom and separating wall, had ideas that supported a great final result and left our house clean and tidy throughout the works. We will definitely be using them again on our kitchen replacement. Great work and thank you.

  Fixed leaking pipe and leaking toilet.

  From initial contact with the office through to work being completed and invoice being paid, BPH have been exemplary. Paul and Alfie did a brilliant job of fixing a leaking pipe in a very awkward position and fixing a leak in a toilet. Would recommend very highly, fantastic customer service from start to finish.
