  Garden redesign, patio and lawn installation

  When Zak came round to do the quote he was brilliant. He took the time to understand my requirements & made recommendations on what to do. He took measurements there and then and made a plan of what was to be achieved. On the day his team got right to it. Communication was excellent thoughout the period and kept me up to date of what was going to happen that day and next. Any issues that came up were resolved there and then. The end result was immaculate and the team made sure everything was clean. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zak and. I'll be calling him for more work to be done.

  Fixing bedroom window locking mechanisim

  Mark came around and quickly diagnosed the faulty window locking mechanism, he gave a quote, and ordered the parts needed there and then. Mark took about 20 minutes to do what he needed on his return visit for the installation. He did a quick and clean job and showed me the working mechanism. Payment was promptly made with a card reader at hand. Excellent, professional, and clean service.

  Roof repair and replaced tiles

  Lance and his team were brilliant. I had a leaky roof and Lance came over to do a quote, he immediately diagnosed the issue and gave a quote. During the day of the work his team arrived on time and started the work immediately, it showered the night before too. While doing the work they also kindly replaced two damaged tiles without additional costs and cleared part of my gutter for which I was greatful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will definitely be using his services again. Top bloke and a top job!

  Replacement of eroded bricks.

  I had to get two course of bricks replaced with some additional air vents added. The work was in an awkward place but the team did fantastic work while keeping noise to a minimum and keep the area tidy afterwards. Martin was polite, courteous and more than willing to explain and describe what work had been done. I've now requested additional work from Martin and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Communication before the job was also immediate. Great value and an ace job at the end. A happy customer indeed :)

  Replaced downstairs and upstairs bay windows

  Pete did an excellent job removing and installing new windows. He was very efficient, tidy and on budget. His work comes with a 10 year guarantee so that is reassuring. I have him coming back again for some more work so I would definitely recommend him.
