    Very efficient and flexible

    Peter at steamy Windows did a very professional job today for Us.He had to remove the double glazing from our window to allow the Old sofa to be removed and the New One installed.We had had to postpone it twice because of the weather but he still arrived exactly The same time as the delivery team and the whole thing was very quick and efficient thanks to Peter.

    We needed to have our front window removed so that our new furniture could be delivered then put back in once delivered. Long story short, Pete went over and above our expectations as delivery times, etc got delayed resulting in a lot of waiting around to put the pane back in. He not only helped me get our old, heavy furniture through the removed window, but he also helped the delivery men bring the new furniture in. He was always quick to reply to any of our messages and was very reasonably priced. Very nice to talk to and very professional. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Steamy Windows specialises in the repair of your windows by replacing the failed double glazed units in your existing frames, be they uPVC, aluminium or wood. We do not build conservatories or install new windows or doors, preferring to concentrate on saving our customers money by restoring the function of their existing windows.

We aim to make the process as painless as possible for our customers - if you have condensation in your double glazed units simply phone or email with the approximate sizes of the problem units (just measure the glass you can see) and we will quote you our price over the phone. If you are happy with the price we will come out and measure accurately.

Within two weeks of this survey the replacement units will be ready, at which point we call you again to arrange a time that suits you to come and do the job.

We pride ourselves in the care we take of our customers' homes. We always use freshly washed dust-sheets and we cover our boots with brand new disposable plastic overshoes.

Although we will always check email and land-line messages when we return from the day's work, if you want to speak to someone straight away the best number to call is the mobile.
