  James (Turner) explained clearly what the problem was with the piping under my bath using photographs. He carried out the work efficiently again showing me what he had done. He left my bathroom in a clean and tidy condition. He was polite and friendly.

  I was having problems finding a plumber to carry out this work before next week. Toby was the exception, he came 1 hour after my phone call. He carried out the work within an hour to a high standard. Toby is a very pleasant person and I would definitely use him again and recommend him to a friend.
