  Patch repairs and painting to exterior of windows

  Sean was extremely responsive from the outset. He arrived on time and fully explained what needed to be done to do the patch repairs to our very dilapidated wooden sash windows. This did end up taking longer than expected due to the amount of repair needed, but he was so diligent and the end result looked so good, we asked him to do more more windows than originally planned. Really nice guy. Would thoroughly recommend!

  Patio door lock repair

  Great initial conversation with lots of explanation about what could be wrong and an estimation of best and worst case prices. Appointment for following day, where locksmith was able to repair lock and found problem causing the issue, which was also repaired. Very efficient from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

  Grade II listed slate roof replacement

  From the outset, communication was very good. The job was more complicated than first thought due to construction and us being situated on a curved terrace. The job was done in January, with rain, snow and ice, all causing problems. Despite this, Dean and Luke, carried on and completed the job well, explaining everything as they went along. They were polite and friendly to deal with, to the extent that they have just replaced our next door neighbour's roof. Scaffolders did damage our extension roof, but Dean dealt with this quickly, even coming out in the evening to deal with a leak.

  The speed of initial response and the actual work carried out was good. However there was a discrepancy between the invoice received and the price originally quoted. This was eventually resolved after several e:mails.

  Removing sludge from downstairs radiator

  Great service from start to finish. Harry was very responsive on WhatsApp, came when he said he would and also let us know when he was running a little behind the morning of the job. Knowledgeable and courteous, did the job efficiently and cleanly. Would definitely recommend.
