  BM Security responded at very shortnotice to my request for a locksmith and Jonathan arrived next morning (exactly when he said he would) He was really friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable about the problem - which he rapidly fixed . I would certainy recmmend BM Security - excellent customer service!

  BM Security was great from start to finish. I was called promptly and an engineer arrived the same day to assess the job. He needed to order a part but returned the next working day to fit it. The lock is now working perfectly. Great service!

  Came round within a few hours - despite not flagging as urgent. New locks and all door locks now engaging fully. Jonathon very professional, pleasant and efficient - happy to look at and discuss couple of other door locks issues.

  The guy turned up in the early afternoon, as agreed. changed a lock, which was quite tricky as it required quite a bit of chisel work, going from imperial to metric. It only took half an hour, but he was kind enough to free up a very sticky front door for me involving a lot of sanding down, that took up the other half hour. I was expecting to pay more, but he said as it was all within an hour he threw it in for free, which I really appreciated. Thank you.
