10 Fault finding gas heating

With the threat of a cold snap our gas boiler failed to start. Weekend was approaching so we called North Hampshire Services, Natasha answered and reassured us that their engineer, John, would come that day. The thought that help was on its way brought the blood pressure down. John arrived lunch time & found that the heating system was ok but the problem lay with the gas meter. He called the gas network on our behalf and within the hour a gas network engineer had replaced the meter regulator and the boiler started.
