  Mark repainted a spare bedroom that had been neglected for 30yrs so there were areas of damp and numerous cracks to fill. The end result is fantastic. He’s quick, punctual and very quiet and communicates well about start times etc.

  Contents of an east London flat packed up and removed to Dorset

  They were very efficient and dismantled furniture and packed up and delivered in a day. They were very careful with all items and everything was neatly packed with no breakages. They reassembled those bits that we required and stored everything else carefully where indicated.

  I’m very pleased to have met Mark who has done an excellent job which had some awkward bits to access and an extensive area of woodwork . He also helped out by applying mastic around a wooden window frame which was leaking.

  Deep cleaning

  Thank you Fleur for arranging a deep clean of a very large house. In the course of one morning 4 cleaners did a great job including cleaning the glass and woodwork of dozens of window pains.

  Cutting back laurel hedges

  They did a very good job of cutting back a few years of growth on a long laurel hedge in a woodland garden and leaving it looking natural. They were good at asking where there were choices as to how to proceed and they left everything tidy.

  Thank you Brad for a very smooth operation with great communication and a high standard of workmanship. Everybody arrived when they said they would and at the end there was attention to completing everything and finishing off fully. The quote was priced to account for possible problems such as access of materials through the loft hatch but when these didn’t arise the final invoice was reduced accordingly.

  Simon repaired an oven door which was damaged by trying to remove it incorrectly. This involved taking the door back to the workshop, straightening a bent metal flange and glueing it back on. This successful mend avoided having to replace the whole oven.

  Well executed. They asked if it was urgent which wasn’t the case so the length of time for the workshop repair wasn’t an issue.

  Gained access and then changed a lock and relayed a second lock.

  I was locked out of my garage and he gained access and changed the lock without any damage to the door. I am very grateful as he also helped me by resetting the rollers on a seized up garage door which is over and above his normal locksmith services. He charged for his time but it saved me from having to call out another contractor.
