Fabulous! Efficient and friendly service from start to finish. Both appliances repaired in a hour and was charged less than the original quote as I didn't need all the parts! Helpful and friendly company. Gave clear advice on what was possible in terms of repair. Quick response. Took a week, which included ordering a new part from Hotpoint, which I thought was very good.
