First class service provided by Steve. Front door lock seized making door unusable. Steve arrived very next day, rectified problem and fitted temporary lock re-enabling use of door. Steve then located suitable replacement lock, returned within a few days and fitted. Door now operating better than ever before. Prompt, reliable, friendly service at reasonable price. Steve phoned me as soon as the job was posted and came within a couple of hours. He was friendly and approachable and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly.
