  Tree Surgery and Hedge Trimming

  Sean and his collegue halved 5 Lime trees which were tangled up in vines, tidied up a stand alone tree and cut back a lot of encroaching hedge from a neighbouring property. I have an abusive neighbour and they both dealt with him calmly and carried out the work professionally. They cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job. I highly recomend this company.

  Fix Annex Felt Roof After encroaching hedge had torn it.

  As always Rob fixed it for us. This time he patched up a gaping split that the neighbours hedge had put in our felt roof and also sorted the drainpipe that had been knocked. Always reliable, always professional and always able to fix any problems we have. Have used Rob for years, even at our old property and have always been able to count on him. His prices are very reasonable too. Thanks Rob.

  To perform a bung/ pressure test for a waste pipe. Working also with Building Control

  Dan was professional through and through. He had to deal with the job at short notice (being called out multiple times due to building control wishing to be there at the same time and messing us around with times). He did a pre test just to make sure that all was ok prior to building control attending too. Everything was perfect and documented throughout. I highly recommend Dan and will be using him again.

  Dig up and re direct a waste pipe.

  Excellent work carried out. They worked with myself and building control providing evidence of everything that they were doing. Everyone worked hard and left the site better than it was before. I really recommend coastal drains and will 100% be using them again.

  Dan was very prompt at responding to our request. He performed a thorough inspection and service of our combi boiler (filling out all documentation) and sorted out our radiators to perform properly after we suspected sludge was affecting them.   Tree Stump Removal.

  I emailed Adur Landscapes for a quote and was instantly messaged back with a very reasonable price (approx £X less than 5 other companies I contacted). As they were in the area I was called to see if they could come immediately (which they did). 10min later the tree stump was gone and the area left clean and tidy. I really can’t praise them enough. Highly recommended company.

  Replacement of 5 windows and 1 Door with Sidelight

  Very cheap quote compared to other companies. Had a complication with the date work was to start and had to take an extra day off as they turned up a day later than they said. However when they did turn up they were fantastic. Three vans and 6 people turned up and installed all the windows and the door in around 7 hours. All A-rated glass Main window and sidelight were toughened glass. Team were efficient and friendly and tidied up after themselves. After the team had left we inspected the windows properly and some of the handles were scratched and some of the excess sealant hadn't been  trimmed off. When we called up they sent someone straight out to replace the  handles and trim off the sealant. Handles were fine but on one of the windows  the guy trimmed the sealant with a Stanley blade and chopped into the window plastic leaving it in a right state. We called Shaws to complain and they sent out someone the next day and he sorted it with some kind of chemical. All in  all we are very satisfied with Shaws and the flaws were rectified within 2 days. I still think it was very reasonable for the money and do recommend them. Just  make sure you check the work before they leave your property.
