  As last time, Carlos carried the job for me the second time and clearly communicated what is needed and the progress of the job even though there were no storage of the respective lock/handle that fit my washing machine. The ordering was swift and he came back to complete the rest of the job to a high quality. Thank you.

  Installing a dry ridge to prevent the leak

  Note that I am not a roofer, but I requested the work to be photographed and recorded, which shows the result of the work, and I am satisfied with it. I requested the work (dry ridge) because of the leaking happening in my wall, and I suspected it was the roof. I asked for a diagnosis, and Tim came over and suggested that the dry ridge system be installed. Overall, the experience has been fantastic. Tim is very responsive and keeps me updated on the progress. The photographs show the result of the dry ridge work, and it looks the same as what I can find on YouTube, which is great.

  I am very pleased to have come across GloTech, whose service is superb and goes above and beyond. The whole process was smooth, very pleasant, quick, and professional, successfully completing the job that a previous trader had left undone. I am totally satisfied and cannot recommend them enough for electronic appliance repairs.

  Cook top exhaust fan repair

  While the tradesperson charged me £40 for the diagnostic, which was agreed, he promised he would return to complete the repair but disappeared completely, leaving the job hanging without any communication. I tried to reach him on WhatsApp, which was our means of communication, but he did not reply after leaving the job undone. I would appreciate it if he had even told me he was incapable of fixing the exhaust fan so I could find someone else. Now I paid £40 just to know I had a problem with the fan, which I knew already otherwise I won't need to call anyone, and the job still left undone.

  Lewis and his mates, both of them, carried out the work for me just three days after I first contacted them. They came on the same day for a first inspection to survey the type of work that needed to be carried out. Lewis was very responsive and he was very efficient in carrying out all the work that needed to be done. The price quoted is also very accessible and reasonable. At the end of the work, there was a bit of a glitch in the door. I took a video showing the issue, and Lewis returned the following day to complete the follow-up work that needed to be done. I am really happy with the work
