  I contacted Glotech because my washing machine door just came off in my hand. Normally I would try and tackle such a job myself. But checking Glotech's flat rate charge, regardless of time, and the price of the replacement part I decided to get the 'professionals' in. The service was excellent, within two days of my call. Their engineer turned up on time, was very pleasant, and just got on with the job, no messing! Excellent service and wouldn't hesitate to use again

  Great engineers, totally fixed freezer issue, some issues with bookings

  Overall very satisfied with the guys from Marks Tey - Essex (thus the 5 star review) My Zanussi built in fridge freezer had the freezer part fail and not keep temperature at all. It was very quick and easy to make a booking. The engineer that first attended very quickly checked and ascertained it was part / valve failure that directed gas between the fridge and the freezer, so ordered parts and took payment there and then, and said I would be contacted for the replacement part to be fitted. The only negative side of the experience was the bookings. For the first visit I got an appointment fo

  Better than we hoped

  Identified the issue as a simple fix (whereas another provider was suggesting we buy a new fridge/freezer from them before they even checked it out), quick, neat, reasonably priced fix. Could not be happier really
