we did not undertake any work due to a change in our circumstances. However, I am leaving a review as the customer service is possibly the best we have received. Very professional with a passive approach. While this company were a little slow in contacting me occasionally, they were the most efficient of workers. Their support when I suffered a personal loss could not have been greater, removing one level of worry. The work was done well and all mess was cleared up before the workers left.
