  Replacing thermostatic shower and sink plugs

  Communication was great, seems like a nice bunch of people that are trying to do a good job. I think knowledge was a bit of an issue and it has cost me a lot of money. I had an Aqualisa thermostatic shower and they replaced it with an ebb and flow but kept my old rainfall shower head. The pressure dropped by 50%. I went out of my way and brought an Aqualisa and installed it myself and the pressure went back to normal. The quality of product fitted was not what I wanted, I wanted a similar product not a downgrade. Would recommend still but I would buy the product yourself and they install it.

  An absolute pleasure to have. Great lad and done an absolutely fantastic job. I’m so pleased with how the work is looking a few months down the line. He came for an entire week and just took his time to make sure to get the small details right. Master of his craft.

  Nice bloke but unreliable

  Nick is a great guy but there’s always something that pops up so he misses his appointments with us, doesn’t show up, shows up on wrong days or constantly rescheduling. Unfortunately he’s gone AWOL and not responding to calls or texts. Excellent at his job and polite.
