  leaking pipework.

  this was my first experience with checkatrade. Normz were the first company to respond and after sending a short video the job was booked. The plumber arrived as planned and was excellent at dealing with the standing puddle as well as the repair. He was extremely polite and helpful and worked quickly, replacing the old section of pipe and fitting a new section. I am more than happy to recommend Normz to anyone who is looking for a good plumber

  Shower replacement

  Sent in a request and Normz called within 5 minutes. Sent some photos and they were able to quote and carry out the job with in a few hours. Excellent service, clean job.

  Job has done perfectly. Plumber was on time. After finishing his work, he cleaned the surface and removed the old radiator as well. I definitely recommend this company and would like the hire again when I need. Thank you Normz Ltd.

  Excellent communication to assess the job and to give options, and I was kept in touch about the time of arrival. The plumber was polite and very thorough. I was very happy with the work done and everything was left clean and tidy.

  Replacing thermostatic shower and sink plugs

  Communication was great, seems like a nice bunch of people that are trying to do a good job. I think knowledge was a bit of an issue and it has cost me a lot of money. I had an Aqualisa thermostatic shower and they replaced it with an ebb and flow but kept my old rainfall shower head. The pressure dropped by 50%. I went out of my way and brought an Aqualisa and installed it myself and the pressure went back to normal. The quality of product fitted was not what I wanted, I wanted a similar product not a downgrade. Would recommend still but I would buy the product yourself and they install it.
