  Their response was very rapid and arranged an inspection visit that was made in a couple of hours. The work was started in a few days and completed within four days. There was a substantial amount of work on 4 different plumbing matters. There was a materials they chose were well matched to the sites and very well installed. They had good attention to detail and finished off the work to a high standard. Communication was good, honest and accurate. They were a pleasure to deal with

  Absolutely excellent throughout! Amy responded rapidly to our enquiry and arranged a site visit rapidly. This was very helpful and informed. We could refine what we wanted to do. The installation team were great - very easy to deal with, friendly and with a strong desire to provide a great result. They also arranged the scaffolding for us. One of the dormers was challenging due to access hindered by the conservatory. This was tackled with great care and the result is excellent. The work was completed in a couple of weeks, only a day due to a large wasp nest needing removal. We are delighted.

  Rewriting ad checking switched spur to AGA

  This was all good- response was the next day to job being raised, and appointment booked for the succeeding one. The job was completed within an hour and the invoice matched the notified rates. We would certainly approach GU again for electrical work.

  Repair to toilet inlet into the basin

  The company were very fast in responding to my posting - within 2 or 3 minutes. The plumber arrived on time within 3 hours and repaired the leak by replacing the connecting pipe and seal within a one hour time period. He was extremely pleasant to deal with.

  Came very promptly and was very pleasant and helpful. Analysed the problem quickly and carried out the work effectively. Even added a new isolation valve to make it easier for us to service in later.
