Tradesman on time shower looks good, cleaned up tidily, very friendly helpful. Have to wait for silicone to set but so far a good job .

Blocked Internal pipework

Condensate from boiler was blocked due to accumulation of sludge from washing machine. The service was professionally and efficiently performed. Best plumbing service I've ever had.

Toilet flush repair

The company calked me 2 hrs after placing the advert on Checkatrade. A plumber was booked the next day and I was given an hour time-slot. The plumber came out and checked the toilet and advised it was either the seal or a bigger job of the whole flush system where they would have to take the toilet off and replace the system as my parts had been discontinued. The company sent a quote via email which I accepted and the plumber was booked to come back. He came and put in a new seal which has worked. Chris the plumber has been professional, punctual and polite thank you. I would use them again.

Repaired stuck stop cock.

The company responded quickly to the original enquiry. They telephoned and gave me an appointment the next day. The plumber, Mr Matthew Moody, was prompt, efficient and completed the repair vey quickly. He also gave invaluable advice to (hopefully) prevent the problem occurring in the future. I will use this company in the future if necessary.

Repair to toilet inlet into the basin

The company were very fast in responding to my posting - within 2 or 3 minutes. The plumber arrived on time within 3 hours and repaired the leak by replacing the connecting pipe and seal within a one hour time period. He was extremely pleasant to deal with.
