  Beware. Not recommended.

  We got our electric boiler installed by Richard Field in Apr 2025 and it stopped working in Aug 2025. The boiler is a 14.4kw therefore if should be fitted as per the installation and this unit was not. It stopped working within few hours each time he came and started it (paid money each time ). The manufacturer looked at the installation and said that its was incorrect and unsafe. We have had a terrible experience chasing him (Ignores calls). Lost a lot of money and time. We have installed a new boiler now within 7 months as that one was not covered under warranty due to wrong installation.

  Hi Nina, I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’ve been experiencing. I’ve double-checked our records, and it appears we don’t have any information regarding the installation of an electric boiler in a domestic property, as AIC has never undertaken such work. I also don’t recall your name or works Could you please confirm if it was indeed AIC Heating and Plumbing Services Ltd that carried out the work, or was it a sole trader? If possible, could you send me the quotation and invoices related to this work from AIC? I would like to investigate this further.

  Changed a radiator for us, fitted a balcock valve and stopped an outside leak. Went above and beyond and really happy with the work.

  Boiler Replaced, Excellent Job.

  Damon was super helpful in getting our boiler reviewed and then replaced. He is very personable and friendly; no question was too much. Ricky and Craig came to fit the boiler. They were very friendly and got the job done quickly and well. Again, they were wonderful with questions. AIC was very helpful and helped us get our boiler replaced a week later! We are very grateful!

  Emergency call out for leak under sink
