  Correcting Subsidence on outbuilding.

  We have an outbuilding which had subsidence issues on one corner due to an old decaying tree stump. Brian came for a site survey, engineered a solution using custom made jacks and packers. The team came and realigned the building and I am very pleased with the work done. Great communication keeping me informed of what was going on, I would not hesitate to recommend Brian if you need any building works done .

  Annual Service and fault fix

  Ryan was great, this was a takeover of an existing annual contract we had. Found a faulty switch which Ryan quickly fixed and put up a new box outside which we love (that it is illuminated at night time.). Great highly recommended switching to EAC.

  Replacement of Upstairs Hallway window

  Donald is terrific, always punctual, polite and friendly. Measured up the window (it had condensation forming inside the two panes). A week or so later get an e- mail to get a convenient time to come and replace our old window. Job done quickly and professionally. Totally recommend DME windows, fantastic.

  New windows that had ‘popped’ and replacement for large bespoke lead piped windows

  I am very happy that Donald was able to find our large bespoke windows, source and exact copy and replace them. It is a great job and we’re delighted. I can’t recommend Donald highly enough, communication is superb, the appointments and invoicing is excellent as well. Highly recommended.
