10 Glazing unit replacement

Double glazing unit shattered in patio door, phoned DME , Donald came round the same afternoon and took measurements. It was the last day to order glass prior to Christmas. I had a problem with my upvc back door lock. I got in touch with DME and booked Donald to attend my home and he would try to sort my problem. He arrived early on the day in question and was very polite and friendly. He is a very knowledgeable tradesman and went about his business quickly and efficiently. He sorted out my problem and now I have a lockable door. Top job done and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. I can thoroughly recommend him. Extremely pleased with the work that was carried out by Donald. We can now shut our entrance doors with ease. Replacing two windows and adding an internal blind to one door has been great. The attention to detail and keeping us informed when the work could be carried out has been very helpful.
