  Conservatory door lock sorted

  We had a problem locking and unlocking our conservatory door and found Donald by searching and looking at feedback from customers - all were giving him a 10 rating - for which I am not at all surprised. A friendly, professional and efficient workman who took the time to investigate and sort out the problem, making sure we were happy before he left. We would have no hesitation in recommending him and his company

  Glass replacement

  Phoned DME Windows and spoke to Vanessa, who was really helpful from the start. She arranged a day for Donald to come out and look at our glass unit. We’d previously used another local company who told us it wouldn’t be possible to get the same colour spacer bar, which was important to me so everything matched. Donald had no problem sourcing the exact same spacer bar at all. Both Vanessa and Donald were very helpful and honest, and I’m so glad we chose to use DME Windows. I would thoroughly recommend them.

  Glazing unit replacement

  Double glazing unit shattered in patio door, phoned DME , Donald came round the same afternoon and took measurements. It was the last day to order glass prior to Christmas. Glass unit was fitted about a week later, it was excellent service from start to finish. Would highly recommend, I wouldn’t use anyone else.
