10 Really good window repair firm

Needed 12 blown double glazing units, and we weren't impressed with the 1st two companies that we called out to give a quote. DME was different : we didn't have to wait long for Donald to visit, measure up (carefully), explain the alternatives (clearly) and give us a quote (a reasonable price), which we accepted straight away. On installation day, everything went very smoothly, and Donald was thorough in cleaning up. As issue was a less than an hours work, we were fortunate and were able to be seen within 48 hours of the enquiry. Donald was extremely helpful, informative and friendly. We have had an issue with our front door lock and he resolved this in a timely manner.
