  Friendly, professional & reasonably priced.

  A friend recommended DME when I had a misted up window unit & a window that wouldn't close. Donald came out & quoted. He returned after a couple of weeks with a new glass unit, fitted it & replaced the worn out hinges on the other window. He was at pains to make sure everything was perfect & that i was completely satisfied with the job. Very friendly , professional service at a reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend DME.

  Various door and window repairs

  Donald has carried out various door and window repairs for me in the past few weeks and with excellent results. He is very knowledgeable/professional and is happy to show and explain the source of the problem and what he is doing to fix it. I would not hesitate to recommend him - and Vanessa, of course, who deals with all administration and job booking in an equally efficient and professional manner.

  I have used this company on a number of occasions and have always found them to be very efficient and friendly.   Prompt and efficient.

  Donald arrived on time and was polite and professional. He discussed our window tint and showed us the examples and helped us to find the closest match to the rest of our conservatory windows. We also discussed a leak and stiff difficult to close door locks and he gave us sound advice on how to resolve them, which worked! No more troublesome door locks etc. The ordered replacement conservatory window was ordered and replaced quickly and efficiently. Will use Donald again when required.
