  Window cleaning on a regular basis

  Alex has been cleaning our windows on a regular basis for over 3 years now. He does a very thorough job and is both reliable and professional. On one occasion he spotted a small splinter in an upstairs window frame and took the trouble to alert us to it which gave us the opportunity to get it fixed before any further damage was caused. It was a problem that we would not have otherwise spotted.

  Washing machine repair

  Tarek was able to diagnose the problem with the washing machine before he even visited by getting us to do some tests. This meant he could turn up with the appropriate part in hand when he came. He dealt with all my queries promptly. I appreciate the advice he gave about further repairs to the appliance if and when another fault should arise later based on what he had seen of its current condition.

  Repair of bath tub drainage

  Our misguided effort to unblock the bath led to the drain pipe getting disengaged from the sink hole unit and falling away. Paul carried out the necessary repairs and also ensured there was no blockage. He also noticed the overflow had moved which he also repaired. Paul is helpful and thoughtful. He carried out the repair works promptly and efficiently.

  Complete refurbishment of kitchen, widening of doorway to make open plan area with renovated lounge

  I am delighted with the work carried out by Albert and his team. During the 3 weeks that it took to complete the job Albert was closely involved on a daily basis ensuring that everything was done properly and efficiently. His is a family firm and the close relationship within members of the team meant that each one was invested in the project. Albert was always available to answer my questions and consulted me fully each step of the way. This means that the completed job is exactly as I wanted it. And it was delivered on time and within budget. I cannot praise Albert and his team highly enough
