Disappointing service

Very disappointed with this service. Firstly arranged with engineer to come out on a Saturday only to be messaged just before his arrival to say he couldn’t make it, I agreed on the Sunday but a later time. No response unfortunately. The next I messaged again to see if he was coming, he replied but was running late. He finally arrived and checked over the dishwasher and got it working. I paid immediately with a bank transfer but was given no receipt, 2 days later after trying to use the appliance to find the same problem. I have messaged and called several times with no response. Disappointed!

I would not recommend this repair technician to anyone. He came to look at my dishwasher and simply removed the water, hoping it was a one-off issue. There was no proper diagnosis, and it was clear he didn’t really know what to do with the appliance. Unsurprisingly, after the first cycle the dishwasher stopped working again with exactly the same problem. Since then, he has completely stopped replying to my messages, leaving the job unfinished and my appliance still broken. Very unprofessional experience overall, if I could go back, I would never have called him in the first place.

The team came and checked the oven, making a number of minimal changes that have helped and have solved the issue. They did not over charge me nor suggest any more work than was absolutely necessary. I would, definitely, use again.
