  Paul at 'Need Assistance Plumbing' was prompt, friendly and a tidy, clean worker; and most importantly very solution focused. He suggested a clever, simple fix for my replacement radiator in order to achieve 'the look' I really wanted, and without resorting to unnecessary extra expense ! Very experienced plumber, highly recommend, will use again.

  Paul came to my house to add piping for a new radiator and fix a leaky connecting pipe. He arrived on the day and time he said and was incredibly helpful. Simplified the language he used so I actually understood what was involved and was very polite, professional and tidy. He carried out the work with minimal disruption and before he left he made sure that everything was working as it should around the rest of my house. Would highly recommend Paul for any plumbing work and will definitely use him again.

  Recovery of old shower and replace with new.

  Paul respond very quickly to my job. Surveyed the work within 2days. He ensured that the new shower was the correct fit before the order was placed. Once the new shower was received. He came on the agreed day and completed the recovery of the old shower and the installation of the new. Also he scraped out the failed mastic from the bottom of the shower glass screen and replaced. Excellent workmanship, punctual and very tidy. Would use again and I think recommend him.

  Reliable, knowledgeable and pragmatic

  Paul offered helpful advice for finding the correct replacement parts ahead of starting the job. Once they arrived, he was quickly available to come and fit. Cartridges needed to be replaced in a kitchen tap and in a t-bar thermostatic shower. Neither job was as straightforward as expected, however Paul came up with solutions to overcome the issues. We now have a kitchen tap that can be fully shut off and does not leak. The pressure and temperature control in the shower are better than we have ever had. We have used Paul before and would recommend him as a reliable and helpful plumber.

  Radiator Leak solved within a couple of hours.

  Paul came out within a couple of hours to fix a radiator leak. Solved the problem with a new valve. My family and I always use Paul because he his friendly, professional and gives excellent service.
