  HIVE installed quickly and efficiently

  James replaced the original central heating and hot water control system with a HIVE. The original room thermostat was in an inappropriate palce and the HIVE allows us far more fleaxibilty to contorl the heating. The job only took about and hour. James was pleasant and polite, kept us fully informed on what was being done and left the job site in a clean and tidy state.

  Gutters cleaned quickly and efficiently

  Suction used to clear the guttering, carried out leaving a clean workplace. Overall the job only took around an hour. Reached parts of the guttering it had been difficult to reach previously.

  The 1 1/4 inch outlet from our kitchen sink had become detached from the connection to the sewer .

  EVO reponded very quickly as it was not possible to continue to use the kitchen until the connetion was remade. Our technician was polite and pleasant, and completed the job in a timely manner, curing the problem which has not resurfaced. Our busy kitchen was able to function again wiht minimla disruption. Thank you.

  Annual hedge trimming

  It was good to invite Gary and his team to carryout the annual hedge trimming at our property. They are reliable, polite and thoroughly professional, taking time to agree the scope of the work and then conducting it in a timely fashion. They always thoroughly clear up the site after the work is completed. The invoice always matches the price agreed upfront. We have used them in the past over a number of years and look forward to seeing them again next year.

  Connected boiler condensate to drain

  Our 2023 kitchen fitter had left the condensate drain from the gas boiler disconnected from the main kitchen drain, which resulted in water damage to the kitchen floor. When, despite a number of unsuccessful attempts to contact the kitchen fitter, I needed a swift and complete reconnection. Martin created that connection in under an hour.

  Trim established tree screen on garden boundary

  Gary and his team did a great job on their second annual visit to us to restore a rather unkempt tree screen at the boundary of our garden to a neat and tidy appearance. They are always ready to listen to our concerns and requirements. They left the site in a clean and tidy condition.
